Shoes

Please remove shoes when you enter the centre and place them in the closet and rack provided just before entrance into the studio. You are welcome to wear indoor sandals or flip flops in the studio space. 

Mobile Phones, Internet

Please turn off cellphone ringers and refrain from speaking in any of the studio rooms.
The learning space in studio D offers wireless internet, please ask reception for passcodes.

Class Refunds

All single classes, series and packages are non transferable and on refundable and expire 365 days from date of purchase, excluding auto renew or ulimited packages.

Workshop & Event Cancellation

No refunds are provided for cancellation or no show for events, workshops and trainings. If you notify the centre 5 days prior to event you may obtain a credit to your account, or arrange to have someone attend in your place.

Return Policy

Items purchased in our shop can be returned for full refund within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. If purchasing online – please return any items in original packaging, with a copy of invoice, and tracking information provided via email.

Purchases

All purchases from our shop are processed in Canadian Funds, and subject to HST (13%) if shipped within Province of Ontario. Anyone placing order outside Ontario are subject to duties and taxes.

Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping charges are automatically calculated when placing your order. Within Canada, orders are shipped to arrive within 7 to 10 days.
