The Clarity Centre is a community gathering space.  A place to take a movement class, enjoy a holistic treatment, or just hang out. Our shop offers a wide range of clothing, gifts, book and cds not easy to find anywhere else.

Studio Rooms

The Clarity Centre offers 3 Studio rooms, each climate controlled to offer the right amount of heat,cooling, ventilation and filtration.

Studio A our Hot Studio is maintained at a temperature of 105 F and provides humid heat from state of the art heat panels.

Studio B offers a mix of heated and non heated classes.

While Studio C offers a rope wall for Iyengar based Yoga classes, soothing meditation space as well as specialized classes.

Learning Space

Studio D offers a learning and workshop space that seats 2+ comfortably. Equipped with LCD, library, seating and a kitchen, the  learning space holds workshops, seminars and trainings 7 days a week!  When the workshop room is not in use, it doubles as a place to just sit quietly or with friends, enjoy a cup of tea and read a book from our sharing library.

Change Rooms

Women’s and Men’s Change rooms are outfitted with individual lockers, benches and showers.
