* Guided Meditation- guided meditation is simply “meditation with the help of a guide”. It’s one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and inner stillness, and it’s one of the most powerful ways to eliminate stress and bring about positive personal changes.
* Mantra Meditation- Mantras are words that are chanted loudly during meditation., the mantra Om is regularly used since it delivers a deep vibration that makes it easy for the mind to concentrate on that particular sound.
Can Anyone do Meditation?
Sex, age, nationality, religion, previous experience, social conditioning, genetic makeup — these are all unimportant. Anyone can learn to meditate All it takes is a little effort, and the knowledge that some things are worth working for. You will find that meditation benefits you even if you do as little as 10 or fifteen minutes a day (although if you do more, you’ll benefit more).

The sessions focus on Guided Meditation, correct pranayama breath plus basic mudras and mantras!
Mudras as hand gestures that invoke a variety of energies and qualities. Mudras used during meditation can influence different parts of the body and mind. We can engage the body and mind by different finger positions and deepen our meditation
NATURAL MEDITATION (BUDDHIST/DZOGEN TRADITION)
