Detox Flow

Detox flow is a challenging yet rejuvenating class that detoxifies body and mind. Every part of the body will be pushed, pulled, and twisted to facilitate the removal of waste products such as carbon dioxide, lactic acid and lymphatic fluid from the deep tissues and extremities of the body that a jog or cycle just will not get to. The Poses taught in the classes firm up,de-bloat, increase energy and cleanse the inner body.
